Hospitality Positivity

Hospitality is experiencing its worst ever crisis. As we head into the well-known quieter Winter months for restaurants, bars and hotels, we’re simultaneously adapting to an ever-changing landscape of restrictions, closures and near non-existent customer confidence.

Here at Inntelligence we wanted to do something to show our teams that we care and that we want to support them during this difficult year. The Hospitality Positivity Challenge gives us something to focus on that is fun, creative and positive. It is a series of fundraising challenges across our 8 hotels and includes our team at head office. We will launch on Monday 23rd November with a collective 768 challenge which involves ALL of our teams across the Country. Taking place over one week each person will commit to travelling their chosen distance as we work together to complete the total. They can walk, run, cycle, paddleboard – anything active that our gang feel comfortable with!

We’re not stopping there though – we will be following up with a fun and engaging series of fundraisers and activities until the end of 2020.
We want this challenge to lift our moods, to give us something fun to focus on. We want it to make a difference too and so any funds that we raise will be going directly to Hospitality Action to support them in the amazing work that they do for our industry.

Inntelligence are currently working to register our own Hospitality Positivity charity which will work to improve the narrative and promotion of the hospitality industry and give our employees various positive challenges to work on. We will continue to donate regularly to Hospitality Action from our own charity. Until we are fully registered we will donate 100% of funds to Hospitality Action.
