Repositioning of a legendary UK hotel

When a group of investors, headed up by Giles Fuchs, bought the legendary Burgh Island hotel in 2018 we were appointed as operators. Our brief – to restore the hotel to it’s former glory and once again make it ‘The best hotel West of The Ritz’ without losing the magic of the original Art Deco experience.

By carefully rebranding and repositioning this iconic location we have ensured the long-term sustainability of the business by opening it up to new audiences whilst still engaging with the many regular guests. Our visioning and development of the existing offering, including a wonderful seafood restaurant and The Pilchard Inn café, has added additional revenue streams during off peak times and we’re still busy with new and exciting innovations.
